The gates have been installed at the pavilion and keys were distributed to owners whose dues were up to date and who were in attendance at the Annual Meeting.  The property behind the gate has been declared private property by Richwood City Council.  If you are in need of a key for the gates/restrooms, please contact PCMI to arrange a key distribution.  The securing of the pavilion area will help with maintaining use of the pavilion by residents only and allow the police to identify non home/property owners.

The Oakwood Shores Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors welcomes you to the community web site. This site was developed to improve communication with its residents and interested prospects. Here you will find easy access to information about this subdivision, its assets, its benefits and community services.

Throughout the site members will find various ways to participate in the Board decisions. You will have access to the Board meeting minutes and find contact information for Board members and committee members. Members will be able to offer your opinion with your neighbors on various items of interest through Bulletin Boards on subjects like neighborhood watch and community improvements.
